Consistency and Stability
Supported Accommodation
We have established supported accommodation for young people between the ages of 16-21. We recognise that every child is unique in their resilience, skill set and needs and consequently offer a bespoke range of packages.
A Person Centred Approach
We recognise that children are at different stages of their development. A key element of our service is the person-centred approach, whereby a young person works with a mentor on their plan that promotes and achieves their independence. We pride ourselves on our well-designed home environment and communal areas and believe that social development is fundamental to independent living.
At Focus Futures UK, we enable young people to build relationships that support positive engagement and successful transitions.
Our trained and experienced staff provide high standards of support 24 hours a day 7 days a week, preparing young people to succeed in life. Working in partnership with young people, parents, social workers and the wider professional network offers the best opportunity for positive outcomes for our young people.
The support we provide is based on the recognition that young people require safety, space, clear expectations, opportunities for growth, time to reflect, encouragement, empowerment, support, and involvement in the decision-making process that affects their lives.
positive
relationships
We provide young people with opportunities to develop and experience positive relationships with trusted adults, a critical element of our strengths-based relationship approach. This requires the support and guidance of positive role models, as well as a structured environment and opportunities for new experiences, which Focus Futures UK can provide.
